Central Illinois Bass

A new bass tournament circuit is coming to Central Illinois in 2010. Central Illinois Bass will feature low cost, nearby tournaments in a team (buddy) format.

Tournaments will be one-day events with a 95-100 percent payback. The lakes fished for 2010 will be Spring Lake North and South, Banner Marsh East and Main lakes, Lake Sangchris, and Jacksonville Lake.

There will be a sign-up meeting at Mullins Irish Pub in Morton (Field Shopping Center on South Main St.) at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11.
